IHB Institute was established in 2008 by Emmanuella, a veteran in the hair and beauty industry with over 15 years experience as a beauty salon / spa owner and a beauty school operator. She is also a qualified Public Administrator, Image consultant, Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, Aromatherapist, Cosmetic Formulator and Counsellor.
She is passionate about training and development having worked in the coporate field as as a supervisor, researcher and trainer for few years.
She is associated with few NGO's currently and open to working with more if opportunity calls.
